ATM Shipping Damage
Unfortunately, from time-to-timeATMs are damaged in shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience that it may cause. Should you receive a damaged ATM Machine – Do not panic- we will file any necessary freight claims and replacement requests from the carriers and manufacturers.To help in this process, please do not refuse shipment! Contact ATMOwner.com at 888-314-2867 ext. 101 immediately upon receipt. Do not dispose of any packaging or shipping documents. Pictures are required by the freight carriers for proof of shipping damage.Please take as many pictures as possible to document damage incurred during shipping. Email these pictures, along with an explanation of damages and anInvoice number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will proceed with the damage claim. Once approved, a new replacement part(s) will be shipped out to you immediately, and the damaged part(s) will be picked up in a timely fashion.Please keep the original packing materials.
For All Other Products
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery, mark an exception on the BOL freight bill. Mark BOL with “Internal damage – Subject to inspection”. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are accounted for and in proper order before signing for a delivery. If your product is damaged during shipment, you have the option to refuse delivery. Should you choose to refuse delivery, please contact us at 888-314-2867 ext. 101 immediately upon receipt to arrange refund or replacement product to be sent to you. If only part of your order is damaged or lost during shipment, you may choose to accept the order. Please note the damage and contact us for replacement of damaged or lost items. Any product returned according to these guidelines is eligible for refund and replacement. Any refund issued may be in the form of in-store credit or direct credit to the original method of payment.
ATM Warranty – Two Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, ATMs come with a two-year manufacturer’s parts warranty. This warranty starts the day the ATM ships and ends exactly 730 days later. This warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty only and is subject to that specific manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Parts excluded from warranty claims are electronic locks, water damage, rodent damage, customer or merchant abuse. If a part is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or out of warranty, you are responsible for any charges including shipping.
Warranty Procedure. Please call 888-314-2867 ext. 101 or email customer support at email@example.com. Please provide theATM’s Serial #, Part Model#, Part #, Part Serial #, Description of error and explanation of issue. Ship to address including Co. Name, Person Name, Phone # and email address as well as a description of the defective part. A customer representative will then contact you for a credit card to keep on file or if they have any questions. A manufacturer’s warranty claim will then be submitted on your behalf. Standard Ground Shipping is included for all warranty claims. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees. Once you have received your new part you have exactly 20 days to return the defective part back to the manufacturer in the original box with the enclosed pre-paid postage. Failure to return the part within the 20-day period will result in a bill from the manufacturer which you are responsible for. Should you fail to return the part, OR the part is found to not be covered under warranty, your credit card will be billed the exact amount ATM Owner.com has been charged by the manufacturer plus a 5% processing fee. We will be happy to provide proof of the manufacturers bill upon request. Failure to follow our warranty procedure in this order may result in delays.
Incorrect Parts Shipments
If you receive your parts orders in error on our part, please contact us at 888-314-2867 ext. 101 within 10 days to arrange proper shipment of your order at no cost to you. Any returns or exchanges made for reasons other than those listed above must be requested within 10 days of original order and are subject to applicable 10% restocking fees and shipping and handling charges. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition they are received.
Return and Exchanges
You may request to return or exchange a NON-ATM item within 10 days of the original date of order. The returned item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges as well as all applicable shipping and handling charges. If the returned item is not in its original packaging or has been damaged or used – No Credit Will be Given.
ATM Machines are excluded and may not be returned or exchanged except in the circumstances of Incorrect Shipments.
